Introduction and acceptance

cparewired.com (the "Site") is operated by Data Sync Consulting Inc., doing business as CPA ReWired ("we", "us", "our"). We are an AI consulting business based in Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

By using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information and forms part of these terms.

No professional advice and no client relationship

The content on the Site is general information about AI, process design and governance in accounting. It is not accounting, audit, tax, legal, investment or other professional advice. It does not consider your circumstances.

Using the Site, reading our content, subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us does not create a client relationship. A client relationship begins only when we both sign a written engagement agreement. That agreement governs the work and takes priority over these terms.

AI tools change quickly. Information on the Site may be incomplete or out of date. Check it against current professional standards and get advice from a qualified professional before you act on it.

Intellectual property and permitted use

The Site and its content belong to us or our licensors. This includes the text, graphics, logos, frameworks, methods and the CPA ReWired name. They are protected by Canadian and international intellectual property laws.

You may view the Site and print or download a copy of its content for your own personal or internal business use. You may share a link to the Site, or quote short extracts with clear credit to CPA ReWired.

Without our written permission, you may not copy, republish, sell, modify or create derivative works from our content. You may not use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or your products.

If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them to improve the Site and our services without owing you payment or credit.

Acceptable use and third-party links

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to:

  • break or try to break the Site's security, or disrupt its operation;

  • use automated tools to scrape or copy the Site at scale;

  • send us malicious code, spam or unlawful material;

  • misrepresent who you are when you submit a form or contact us.

The Site may link to other websites and services, such as LinkedIn. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement. Your use of those sites is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

We provide the Site and its content "as is" and "as available". We do not promise that the content is accurate, complete or current, or that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. Services we provide under a written engagement agreement are covered by that agreement, not by this section.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Data Sync Consulting Inc. from claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these terms.

Governing law, changes and contact

Changes. We may update these terms and the Site at any time. The effective date at the top shows when the terms last changed. If you keep using the Site after a change, you accept the updated terms.

General. If a part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms and our Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Site.
